We understand all your doubts with an online purchase, for this reason we made this process as easy as possible.
An incorrect size, a product you do not like or simply a detail you may have overlooked will no longer be a problem for you.
With the “Easy Return” procedure you will be able to return, with a few clicks, products you no longer want.

Schedule your pick-up

We will take care of everything, courier included!
From the “Orders” section of your Account you can request your return in a few seconds, and even select the time frame of the pick-up of your products by our contracted courier. No inconvenience and above all at no cost for you.

Request a Return within 14 days after you receive the package
Remember to request the return within 14 days and no later than the date you receive the package.
The courier will come and pick up the package at your home as you requested, therefore be sure to prepare the package carefully following the instructions sent to you. 
Important: it is possible to request a free return only 1 time for the same order.

Return the products in perfect condition. Thank you!
The product(s) you return will be re-sold, therefore treat them with care if you are not sure you want to keep them and return them to us in the same condition you would want to receive them.
It is a gesture of respect for those who will purchase after you.

In particular remember to:
- not remove the plastic wrap around the handle of the tennis racket or padel;
- not dirty garments and shoes while trying them;
- not remove labels and tags;
- not destroy or damage boxes, bags and original packaging;
- not write on boxes and original packaging;
- not wash garments and shoes;
- return all originally included accessories.

We are sorry, but we will not accept:

- tennis rackets or padel without the plastic wrap around the handle;
- opened tennis ball tubes;
- visibly used products;
- shoes and/or garments without labels and /or original boxes;
- electronic products without originally included accessories;
- products that have been altered, mishandled, broken, scratched or with broken factory seals;
- purchases made for business and/or professional use (purchase with VAT number).

Attention, in the cases just mentioned the return will not be refunded and the product will be awaiting your instructions.
We can ship it back to you debiting the shipping costs.

We will refund immediately
As soon as we receive your return, if this results as “new” and meets all the requirements listed above, we will proceed with the refund.
