Italy
Free shipping on orders over € 49,00 destined for Italy.
On orders under €49,00 a shipping charge will be applied automatically and displayed in the shopping cart during your transaction.
Please note: COD payments (Cash On Delivery) will be charged an additional fee of € 3,50.

European Countries (except for Italy)
All shipping charges on orders destined for shipment in European countries will be applied according to the Shipping price list and will automatically be calculated and displayed during your purchase.

Forwarding Times
All orders properly placed from Monday to Friday by 11.00 will be shipped on the same business day(*). After this time the shipment is not assured and it will occur on the following business day. According to string laboratory commitments , orders with requests for racquet stringing could be delayed an additional 24 hours. Orders with payment by Bank Transfer will be shipped after confirmation of transfer receipt. (*)The above delivery times are approximate and can change according to high season or holiday period. An automatic e-mail will inform you about the shipment details and provide you the tracking number to track your order.
 

Shipping Times

Italy
The transport on the Italian territory is entrusted to express couriers of national importance and of maximum notoriety and reliability. On average, delivery takes place throughout Italy within 1/2 working days (excluding islands). The times are absolutely indicative and may vary during holiday periods and/or according to the destination to be reached. In any case we are not responsible for any delays due to the courier. During the purchase procedure it is possible to express your preference among the proposed couriers, but we will in any case entrust the shipment to the most suitable carrier for an easier and faster delivery depending on the destination. Furthermore, through the BRT courier, and only for orders with prepayment, it is possible to take advantage of the pick up at BRT-fermopoint. When ordering you can select the delivery or pick up point closest to your home.

European Countries (except for Italy)
Transport on European territory is generally committed to International couriers using ground shipping. Delivery times vary from 2 to 5 business days depending on destinations. If your order does not include oversized items we will be able to use air shipping for some destinations. MisterTennis will provide you with the fastest delivery service available, trying to reduce waiting times on your order.


IMPORTANT
Please provide a valid and precise destination address to limit waiting times. A detailed order will be important to ensure a secure and extremely fast delivery. MisterTennis will not liable for eventual delays and/or non-delivery caused by incomplete or not clearly written addresses, submitted during order creation. In any case MisterTennis will not be liable for any eventual courier delays during the delivery. Eventual delays do not give the customer the right to request damages.
