MisterTennis.com is highly committed to only distribute original products, officially imported and covered by Official Manufacturer´s Guarantee.
Every product sold by MisterTennis.com is covered by the Official Manufacturers Warranty in accordance with Italian law.
From the date of the products delivery, the buyer is covered by a warranty period of 24 months if purchased in a personal capacity or 12 months if purchased for business purposes (purchases made by VAT registered companies).
On discovering a defect, the consumer has 2 months to report the defect to us here at MisterTennis.com, we will then work to ensure that your consumer rights are protected, making sure we efficiently take all the necessary practical measures to achieve the repair and/or replacement of the product in the quickest time possible. The warranty does not cover damage to the products procured by improper use or any damages caused in any third party capacity.
When we say " conformity defect " what we mean is, a verifiable defect at the time of receiving a product which has visible defects before any actual use of the product has taken place.
Here at MisterTennis.com we offer a direct warranty against defects of conformity and we assure our customers the immediate replacement of any product which is considered to be “non conforming.”
For any other cases the Manufacturer´s Warranty will be applied.
A few examples of non-compliant product defects:
- Receipt of a product damaged during transit;
- Receipt of a new product with visible defects before use;
- Receiving a product with specifications different from those described.
Products excluded by warranty
Product Imperfections and our Return Policy
All stringing on new rackets asked for by the customer are excluded from Warranty request. Mister Tennis Srl offers free stringing service of the strings purchased together with a racket and the fact that it is free removes the right to issue a complaint regarding the quality of the stringing and/or the relative stringing. With the request of a stringing the customer trusts MisterTennis to complete the stringing on the racket purchased, knowing that the job will be completed to the best of their ability with the adapt and most updated equipment available. Therefore all claims regarding incorrect tension, pre-mature string breakage or complaints on the procedure used to string will be null and void and not taken into consideration.
The buyer must report any problem and/or the alleged defect within 60 days after discovering the fault, directly to the manufacturer or to MisterTennis.com, requesting a return of the product in question with the appropriate RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. MisterTennis.com will authorize the return of the product (with transport at an expense to the buyer) and will immediately forward the product to the manufacturer, who with prior technical expertise will then evaluate authenticity of the claim in each specific case.
It may be advisable in some cases to shorten the time period of this process by shipping the product directly to the manufacturer.
After the response from the manufacturer's tecnical department, MisterTennis.com (or the manufacturer directly) will substitute the product if a defect was discovered or return the original product if the claim is not covered under guarantee.
For any problems regarding the quality of the products MisterTennis.com will rely on the technical response of the manufacturer.
