The heart of the Boom 2026 project is the powerful touch, the distinctive feature of the line. The update amplifies the explosive sensation on contact with the ball, offering a fuller and more reactive response. The series is designed for players who experience tennis with maximum dynamics, but who at the same time require concrete performance: stability, easy power and surefootedness on shots. New AI string pattern: more control, same power

Among the most notable innovations is the new string pattern generated by artificial intelligence, developed by analyzing thousands of data relating to ball trajectories. The goal? Optimize control without penalizing spin. The new pattern allows for more precise management of acceleration, especially on topspin shots and during aggressive baseline play, maintaining the immediate power that has made Boom one of the most popular lines in the HEAD catalog.

Hy-Bor and Auxetic 2.0: stability, spin, and advanced feel

The technological evolution of the Boom 2026 also includes Hy-Bor, a material also used in the aerospace industry, which increases perceived stability and helps improve power, control, and access to spin. This is complemented by Auxetic 2.0, an evolution of the construction system that optimizes feedback at impact, now providing a cleaner and more connected feel. The frame profile and grommet system work synergistically to further increase overall power.
