The seventh generation of the Yonex VCORE is a masterpiece of technology and craftsmanship.
The evolution of this iconic racket combines undeniably precise spin, remarkable control and high spin across the board with high grip and a higher trajectory.
The design does not differ much in terms of aesthetics from its previous version, red remains the predominant color along the entire tool, electric blue remains with a few touches of purple. The novelty is the inclusion of gray in the heart of the frame, which gives a darker motif to the racket and the writing "07VC" (which alludes to the seventh generation of VCORE). It goes from a glossy varnish, which was typical of the old version, to a matt varnish, which gives it great elegance.
Chosen by Angelique Kerber and Caroline Garcia, the Yonex Vcore 100 is the most versatile racket in the entire line.
In addition to redesigning the throat of the racquet, Yonex has expanded the surface area of the top of the head, resulting in a more stable, powerful and spin-friendly hitting experience.
Also new are the silicone oil-infused grommets at the 6 and 12 o'clock positions on the racket face that promote less friction between the string and the grommet for faster snapback upon contact.
The specifications in terms of head size, weight and balance have not changed. Many of the technologies from the previous edition have also been carried over to this generation.
The Vcore 100 racket perfectly embodies the needs of the modern tennis player, the right tool for intermediate level players looking for spin, control and power.
