In some cases, payment authorization occurs directly via the Postepay App / Poste Italiane App , where you will receive a notification with a summary of the transaction to be confirmed via PosteID, fingerprint, or FaceID .

Cash on delivery

Service available only for shipments to Italy.

Cash on delivery is only available for orders under €150.00 .

You will pay the courier directly upon delivery.

The service has an additional cost (cash on delivery fees required by the courier) which is indicated in the cart.

The courier is authorized to receive cash only.

Bank transfer

You can also pay for your order by bank transfer.

After completing your order, you will receive all the necessary payment information via email.

You can choose between:

• Regular bank transfer – funds are generally credited within 1-2 business days.
• Instant bank transfer – Your payment clears within seconds, allowing us to process your order faster.

Your order will be shipped after the credit has been confirmed.

Payment by bank transfer does not incur any additional costs on our part (any fees depend on your bank).
